This can be seen at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki, ground floor near the valet entry. It is a hand cut custom design of Mount Leahi (better known as Diamond Head) for the Hyatt's Leahi meeting room doors. Provides good privacy for meeting room occupants, yet does not box them in-- still possible to see out over the top of the design.
