We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at T&T Tinting Specialists, Inc. and because of that, all of our window film installations come with manufacturer backed warranties on material and labor. Warranty lengths of 5, 7, 10, 15 years or Lifetime vary depending on the product selected. As long as your Warranty is in effect, any imperfections in your window film installation will be corrected to the highest window film industry standards at no additional cost to you.
And, because our window film installations are specifically cut to fit on your windows and once mounted onto
the glass surface, cannot be removed and reused, there are No Refunds on any of our glass tinting services.
This No Refunds Policy applies to all installed glass tinting products except for the special automotive accessories that we sell that are listed below.
- Automotive waxes, polishes, etc.
- DashKing Dashboard Covers,
- DashKing Car Covers,
- Heatshield windshield shades,
- Any other boxed or packaged auto accessory or product sold by our company.
The products listed above may be returned for a full refund, providing:
- The customer provides a valid receipt for the purchase(s),
- The merchandise is returned in new, unused condition, free from signs of wear,
- The original packaging is not damaged, stained or torn,
- The product is in re-sellable condition,
- The return is made within 90 days of date of purchase.
Product returns with valid receipt:
If the product is opened or used but is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the sample or description, we will offer you a full refund or exchange based on the original form of purchase.
Product returns without your receipt:
If the product is returned unopened or unused we will offer you an exchange voucher good towards any product(s) or service(s), for the current selling price.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are 100% refundable up to 72 hours from date/time of purchase.
After the 72 hour period, No Refunds will be made for Gift Certificate purchases.
