Hawaii's Largest & Most Respected Glass Tinting Company

After 20 years, T&T Tinting has moved from its flagship location at the former Costco Center in Salt Lake to 3035 Koapaka Street in the Airport Industrial area.

Owner Tommy Silva stated that there were several reasons for this large move of their main location. The first being that they had literally outgrown the barely 3,000 square foot shop and office space since expanding from only tinting automobile windows 20 years ago to now tinting windows on homes, commercial buildings, installing Security Films for hurricane, burgulary and bomb blast protection, Paint Protection films on vehicles, Etched Glass Graphics, Auto Body Graphics and now 8Mil thick "Break Safe" Automotive Security Films that they just do not have the space to house all of these different divisions. "We need more space to continue our growth", says Silva-- "Even though the current economic downturn is upon Hawaii, the products that we sell are proven to save our customers money, so we have been lucky to be holding a steady growth pattern".

The second reason Silva stated that T&T needed to relocate was that Target had purchased the Costco Center back in May of 2007 and have built a large Target store at the site of the former Costco. Silva was unsuccessful renegotiating his lease at the old site with Target.

Silva has signed a long term master lease for a large 14,200 s/ft. showroom and warehouse which was the former Far Eastern Furnishings building located at 3035 Koapaka Street near the airport.

After doing an extensive face-lift and build out on the property, T&T is now open at Koapaka.

2010 looks to be another great year for T&T Tinting as they continue to grow and bring the latest in hi-tech "green" energy saving window film products to Hawaii for many years to come!
